We have to face that we have "battled" with our bodies
almost every day of our adult lives. There is always something we are trying to fix or something we don't like about ourselves. Whether it's the way we look
, or the way we feel
or our physical pains
, it's rare that we feel good about ourselves all the time.
Isn't time that we change that?
Well, driving our bodies is like driving our cars. Every time we sit behind the wheel we have to focus on the road or we will crash the car.
Our cars don't drive themselves ( yet ) and neither do our bodies .
So, we need to focus on our health daily and we need to be cognoscente of what we are shoving in our mouths and how active we are during the day.
Does that mean it has to be hard or complicated? NO! I'd like to help you make fuelling and moving your body as intuitive as driving your car. You no longer require the owner's manual of your car, nor should you need to count calories, weigh your food and make eating a freaking headache and a chore.
I want to help you fall in love with food in a good way.
There's a beautiful love affair out there just waiting for you to romance it.
You don't have to "deprive" yourself of the foods you enjoy most! You don't need to starve yourself and you don't have to go the rest of your life feeling like you're missing out on enjoying all your favourite social gatherings.
We just need a slight mental and emotional shift with our food and activities. Small changes to our daily habits and routines that can dramatically improve the way we feel in our bodies and about ourselves.
